布袋注浆桩在软土地基加固中的应用

布袋注浆桩是一种注浆技术和土工织物综合应用的新技术。土工布袋具有排水、隔水、加筋作用。采用布袋桩既可达到加密土体作用,提高地基土的刚度和承载力,又可适应场地及空间限制,具备适应强、质量稳定可靠、环境污染少等特点。结合陇海线铁路工程软基处理实例,详细介绍了邻近既有线软基处理施工过程中布袋注浆桩机理、成孔和注浆施工工艺,对推广该技术的应用具有积极意义。

Bag grouting pile is a new technology of comprehensive application of grouting technology and geotechnical fabrics. The geotextile bag has effects of drainage, water resisting and reinforcement. The use of bag pile can achieve the encryption action of soil,improve the soil stiffness and bearing capacity, and can adapt to the site and space constraints, which has characteristics of strong adaptability, stable and reliable quality and less environmental pollution, etc. Combined with the soft foundation processing examples in Longhai railway engineering, this paper will describe in detail the bag grouting pile mechanism, drilling and grouting construction technology in the existing adjacent line soft foundation construction, which has a positive significance for promoting the application of this technology.
