Application of the Construction Technique of Cast-in-place Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder

本文以日照市疏港高速中的临沂路分离立交施工为背景,详细介绍了现浇预应力砼连续箱梁在桥梁施工中的应用。在上跨疏港高速主线,并下穿日岚220k V高压线的复杂条件下,施工时间紧、施工质量要求高的情况下,安全效益、工期效益、经济效益和质量效果都得到了良好的保障,为同类工程施工积累经验,可作为参考借鉴。

Based on the separated interchange construction of Linyi Road of Shugang Expressway in Rizhao City, this paper introduces the application of cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girder in bridge construction. Under the complex condition of over crossing the principle line of Shugang Expressway and down crossing Rilan 220 k V high-voltage line, coupled with tight construction time and high quality requirements, the security, time limit benefits and economic benefits and quality effect are well guaranteed, which provides reference for similar projects.
