摘要
锥形螺旋叶片是机械工程上经常遇到的一种较难放样的钣金部件。本文主要通过相应的计算方法,得到相对应的数值;根据所计算出的数据,选择相关参数对其进行线性回归分析,确定参数之间的相关性,从而推导出锥形螺旋叶片的尺寸。结合生产进行下料并压模成型。经过实践证明,所成型的叶片满足图纸尺寸的要求。此方法可以应用于制造PTA干燥机进料导头部件中的螺旋叶片。
Conical spiral vane is a kind of sheet metal part often used in mechanical engineering which is difficult to loft. This paper mainly gets the corresponding numerical value through the corresponding calculation method, and selects the relevant parameters for linear regression analysis according to the calculated data, to determine the correlation between parameters, thus deducing the size of the conical spiral blade. Combined with production, blanking and compression forming is done.Practice proved that the formed blades meet the requirements of drawing size. This method can be applied to manufacturing PTA dryer feeding guide head pieces of the spiral blade.
