摘要
宁西铁路K351+560旅客通道位于内乡车站内,为旅客进出站而设。设计地道孔径为一孔8.0m钢筋混凝土旅客地道,净空3.6m,与线路正交,旅客地道顶进主体长度为47.5m。该地道下穿内乡车站既有Ⅰ道、Ⅱ道、3道,顶进前线路采用24m D型便梁加固,顶进节在线路左侧预制完成,顶进施工随同内乡站站改同步施工,站改期间车站保持正常运行。顶进施工对既有线路Ⅰ道、Ⅱ道分别采用24m D型便梁架空加固,顶进完成后施工旅客地道和行包车道。旅客地道施工同时做好旅客上下车的过渡,保证车站正常运营。本文在介绍顶进涵施工的基础上,强调其在运营车站内施工过渡的技术总结。
Nanjing-Xi'an Railway K351 +560 passenger tunnel is in Neixiang station, for passengers in and out. The design tunnel aperture is 8.0m a hole reinforced concrete passengers tunnel, clearance of 3.6m, orthogonal with the line, the passenger tunneling into the body length is 47.5m. The tunnel down crosses the Ⅰ, Ⅱ and 3 way of Neixiang Station. Before jacking, the line is reinforced with 24 m D beam. The jacking section is prefabricated on the left side of the line, and the jacking construction is conducted along with the Neixiang station reformation. The station keeps normal operation during station reformation. In jacking construction of existing lines, Ⅰ way and Ⅱway are overhead reinforced with 24 m D beam. After jacking, passenger tunnel and transport lane are constructed. In passenger tunnel construction, the transit of passengers getting on or off should be ensured at the same time so as to keep the normal operation of the station.This paper introduces the culvert jacking construction, and emphasis on its transition in operating stations construction.
