刍议高职人才培养数据采集工作中的问题及对策

Problems in Higher Vocational Talents Training Data Collection and Countermeasures

高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集与管理平台工作是教育部加强高职院校人才培养和建设的举措,也是高职院校人才培养建设的依据。在数据采集中由于各种因素使得数据采集出现各种问题,效率低下,为此,本文提出了解决的对策,即通过制定考核制度,加强师德师风教育,配备专职人员,实施信息化网络平台填报方式和探索数据校对手段解决技术层面问题,真正做到数据真实、可靠、准确,为院校人才培养提供有效依据。

Higher vocational colleges talents training situation data acquisition and management platform is the measure to strengthen the construction of talent training in higher vocational colleges by the ministry of education, and is also the basis for the construction of higher vocational education. Because of various factors, there are some problems in data acquisition, and the efficiency is low. Therefore,this paper puts forward the solutions, namely to solve the technical problem through establishing appraisal system, strengthening the ethics education, equipping full-time staff, implementing information network platform for reporting methods and exploring data proofreading method, to make the data real, reliable and accurate, so as to provide effective basis for college talent cultivation.
