论构建和完善高职院校学生顶岗实习制度

On the Construction and Improvement of the Internship System of Vocational College Students

顶岗实习是高职院校学生的必修课,是高职教育中的一个教学环节,是高职教育发展成败的关键所在。因此,当前政府、教育界和企业应该建立健全相关法律法规、依法明确顶岗实习学生的劳动者身份、依法制订并强制签署全国统一顶岗实习协议,建立学校、学生和实习单位责任共担机制、优化企业激励机制、依法明确学校和实习单位对顶岗实习学生的管理责任等方面进行构建与完善高职院校学生顶岗实习制度。

Internship is a compulsory course for students in higher vocational colleges, is a teaching link in higher vocational education, and is the key to the success or failure of the development of higher vocational education. Therefore, the current government,educational circles and enterprises should establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations, make clear the laborer identity of internship students, establish and sign a unified national internship agreement according with laws, and construct and improve the internship system of vocational college students from the aspects such as the establishment of shared responsibility mechanism of schools, students and internship units, optimizing enterprise incentive mechanism, clearing management responsibility of school and internship units for the students, and so on.
