当前独立学院学生学习状况的调查研究

An Investigation of the Independent College Students' Learning Situation and Strategies

当前我国独立学院学生学习积极性不高,缺乏学习的自觉性和主动性,学习状况令人担忧。文章采取问卷调查和访谈方式对独立学院学生的学习现状开展调查研究,并基于调查数据,分析了学生个性差异、个人认知、环境对学生学习积极性的影响。提高学生学习积极性,学校应加强对学生职业生涯规划的指导,强化学生的学习目标与计划;加强对学生的学习养成教育,帮助学生建立学习信心,端正学习态度;做好学生管理与服务工作,引导和督促学生形成学习自觉性;以学风建设为突破口,加强校园文化建设。

The alarming situation among the independent colleges is students＇ lack of enthusiasm, awareness and initiative in learning. This research is conducted through questionnaire and interviews to show the learning situation of the independent college students, basing on the data, and analyze the influence of the students＇ individual differences, individual cognition, environment in students learning enthusiasm. The methods to promote the students＇ learning enthusiasm include strengthening the guidance of career planning for the students to promote students＇ learning goals and plans; and strengthening students nurturance education to help students build up confidence in learning and better their learning attitudes; and promotion of management and service for the students to them to develop their learning awareness; and strengthening the construction of campus culture by taking the construction of academic atmosphere as the key point of breaking through.
