摘要
城乡学前教育均衡发展研究经历了起步和发展阶段,城乡学前教育发展失衡表现在多方面,主要是资源配置的失衡,导致发展失衡的原因主要是城乡二元管理体制,为此,加强学前教育立法,发挥政府统筹职能,规范资源分配机制,建立优质的幼教队伍是促进城乡学前教育均衡发展的重要举措。
Urban and rural balanced development of the preschool education research has experienced the start and development stage, the imbalance between urban and rural pre-school education development performance in many aspects, mainly of the unbalance of the allocation of resources, is the main cause of unbalanced development between urban and rural dual management system, therefore, strengthen the legislation of preschool education, play to the government as a whole function, regulate resource allocation mechanism, establish a high quality team of preschool education is the important measures to promote the balanced development of the urban and rural pre-school education.
