摘要
通过问卷和深度访谈法,对长沙市区8所高校900个调查对象,就当前大学生室友关系的基本状况进行了系统深入的调查。调查发现,性格差异、生活习惯以及思想观念三方面的因素,成为室友关系不和谐、引发室友矛盾的主要原因。在处理室友关系方面,独生子女更被动且略极端,家庭背景、收入等与其他室友差异较大的学生在处理室友关系时主动性不足,外向性格的学生和女性更容易处理室友关系,三本学生和大一学生在处理与室友的矛盾时态度更加积极。基于此,大学生在处理室友关系时应树立积极的人生观、价值观,更加包容和乐于助人,积极主动地沟通交流,及时有效地发现问题、解决问题,创造良好的宿舍氛围与和谐的室友关系。学校在安排宿舍时应重点考虑学生专业学科和人数的影响,为学生提供公平公正的学习和发展机会,同时加强对学生的心理健康教育和辅导,促进大学生室友关系健康发展,构建和谐校园。
By interviewing 900 college students in eight universities in Changsha with questionnaire and conversation analysis, the research team conducted a systematic and thorough investigation on the roommate relationship of college students. The main findings are as follows. Gender, grade, major, current school and dormitory scale has different effects on the relationship between college students roommate. Differences in personality, habits and ideas are main reasons of disharmonious roommate relationship and conflicts between roommates. In dealing with the relationship between college students roommates, the only child is more passive and slightly extreme, students whose family income and other conditions are quite different with others lack of initiative.Girls and extrovert students both are more likely to deal with a roommate relationship, freshman and students in independent institute are more positive in dealing with conflicts with roommates. Based on the above findings, the researchers made the following recommendations. First, to create a supportive dormitory atmosphere and develop a harmony roommate relationship, college students should establish a positive outlook on life, values, and be more inclusive and helpful, more proactive to communicate with others, and find and solve problems effectively and timely. Second, for the healthy development of university students roommate relations, for a harmonious campus,universities should consider the impact of the number and majors or disciplines of students on roommate relationship when arranging dormitory, provide fair and equitable development opportunities for all students,strengthen mental health education of college students.
