摘要
针对传统教研组管理多而研究少、研究空泛状况,很多学校及教研组探索以课题研究为载体变革教研组。"基于课题研究的中小学教研组组织变革"是指在课题研究过程中,中小学教研组在性质、功能、制度、文化、成员(教师)等方面发生调整和变化。区域教育行政部门的导向、学校教学和科研管理层的决策、课题负责人的角色、教研组的制度等是影响组织变革的因素。推进组织变革的策略有:学校教学和科研管理层的推动、培训教研组组长的课题研究能力、课题研究与教学研究紧密结合、建立教研组课题研究制度、激发教研组教师研究热情等。
In the context of new curriculum reform and the enhancement of teachers' awareness for research,many teaching and research groups solve problems in teaching through subject researches. Meanwhile,there are quite a few managements but small amount of researches within traditional teaching and research groups,and the researches are in unspecific situations. Many schools and teaching and research groups use subject research as a carrier to reform teaching and research groups for these issues. "Transforming teaching and research groups in primary and middle schools based on subject research" means the the nature,function,institution,culture and numbers(teachers)of the teaching and research groups in primary and middle schools are facing adjustments and changes in the process of subject researching.The orientation of the administrative department of education in areas,the decision of administrator of management of research,the role of head of subject, the the system of teaching and research group and so on are factors of organizational reform.The strategies of advance organizational reform are as follows, the promotion of school teaching and management of research, the training of the research ability of leader of teaching and research group,the combination of subject research and research on teaching,the establishment of research system of teaching and research group and arousing the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and research groups for researching,etc.
