摘要
本文选取5种电解铝用袋式除尘滤料,测试了它们在经130℃处理后的热尺寸稳定性及120℃、130℃、140℃、150℃处理后的耐温力学性能。结果表明:5种滤料在130℃、24 h处理后的热尺寸稳定性较好。在耐温力学性能方面,5种滤料经120℃及以上温度、24 h处理后,其经、纬向断裂强力保持率均小于100%,不满足现行国标的要求。5种电解铝用袋式除尘滤料不宜用于120℃以上温度的工业环境。
Five kinds of bag filter materials used in the electrolyzed-aluminum industry were selected to study in this paper. The thermal stability after 130℃ heat treatment and mechanic properties after 120℃, 130℃, 140℃, and 150℃ heat treatment irrespectively were tested in the experiments. The results show all of five kinds of materials have well thermal stability. As for mechanic properties, breaking strength retention percentage of five kinds materials are less than 100% both in longitude and latitude, which isn't achieve the requirement of national Code. Thus, these materials aren't appropriate for filtrating gas above 120℃.
