摘要 三维网络陶瓷/金属基复合材料是近年来出现的一种具有全新增强方式的复合材料。其中,铁基复合材料因具有耐磨、耐高温等优异性能而引发了广泛的关注。本文介绍了铁基复合材料中三维网络陶瓷预制体的制备方法,概述了浸渗成形三维网络陶瓷/铁基复合材料的界面控制手段、润湿性改善措施以及浸渗行为,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。 Three-dimensional network ceramic/metal-based composites which have a new reinforced way are discovered in recent years. Three-dimensional network ceramic/Fe-based composites which have excellent wear and high temperature resistance raise widespread attention. In this paper, preparation technologies of three-dimensional network ceramic preforms are introduced. The controlling interfacial bonding methods,wettability improvement measures and infiltration behavior of three-dimensional network ceramic composites by infiltration technique are summarized. Its future development directions are predicted.
