儿童颈椎间盘钙化症影像分析

目的探讨对儿童颈椎间盘钙化症的影像学。方法回顾性分析15例颈椎间盘钙化患儿的临床及影像资料。结果单椎间盘发生10例,发生于C3/C4或C4/C5或C5/C6;多椎间盘发生5例,C1~C7可见多个连续或不连续发生。结论影像是诊断儿童颈椎间盘钙化症的主要方法。

Objective To Improve our understanding the images of the intervertebral disc calcification in childrens. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 childrens of cervical disc calcification with clinical and imaging data. Results Single intervertebral disc 10 cases, In C3/C4 or C4/C5 or C5/C6; Multi disc 5 cases, C1-C7 showed a continuous or discontinuous occurrence. Conclusion Radiology is the main method for the diagnosis of intervertebral disc calcification in children.
