自拟益气通脉汤辅助预防心肌梗死后心室重构效果分析

目的观察和分析自拟益气通脉汤辅助预防心肌梗死后心室重构的治疗效果。方法选取心肌梗死后心室重构患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规的中药治疗方法,实验组采用自拟益气通脉汤治疗。结果实验组左心室射血分数明显大于对照组;心肌梗死面积明显小于对照组;实验组患者心房钠尿肽为(152.78±4.2)ng/L,TNF-α为(83.5±10.2)ng/L,均显著低于对照组的(356.64±3.3)和(265.6±22.8)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气通脉汤辅助在预防心肌梗死后心室重构的治疗效果显效,能够有效的改善患者心肌梗死面积,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the yiqi tong pulse soup auxiliary therapeutic effect of preventing ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. Methods Choose for treatment of 60 patients with ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group using conventional treatment of Chinese medicine, the experimental group using the quasi yiqi decoction of arteries and veins. Results Left ventricular ejection fraction significantly greater than controls; Myocardial infarction area is obviously less than control group; Experimental group in patients with atrial natriuretic peptides for ng/L(152.78 ±4.2)mm, TNF-α is(83.5±10.2)ng/L, were significantly lower than in the control group(356.64±3.3) and(265.6±22.8)ng/L(P<0.05). Conclusion The vein soup assist in preventing the therapeutic effect of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction(mi) takes effect, can effectively improve the patients with myocardial infarction area, worth clinical promotion
