安全阀阀座与阀瓣研磨工艺的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的提高安全阀阀座与阀瓣的研磨维修质量和工作效率。方法以砂纸为研磨介质,研究砂纸的细度、研磨压力、研磨机转速、研磨时间、研磨路径对阀座与阀瓣材料去除率与表面粗糙度的影响。通过正交实验,综合考虑各个工艺参数对材料去除率和表面粗糙度的影响,选择最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺下,安全阀关闭件的材料去除率为26.2μm/min,表面粗糙度为0.028μm,研磨修复效率提高到90%。结论研磨维修的最佳工艺为:砂纸目数1500目,研磨压力30 N,研磨机转速50 r/min,研磨时间20 min,研磨路径8字形。 Objective To improve surface quality and work efficiency of the safety valve seat and disc. Methods A sand paper was used as grinding medium,and the effects of the fineness of the sand paper,the grinding pressure,rotating speed of grinding machine,grinding time,and grinding path on material removal rate and surface roughness of the valve seat and disc were studied.It was supposed to obtain optimal process parameters by the orthogonal experiment analysis and comprehensive consideration on the influence of various process parameters on the material removal rate and surface roughness. Results After selecting optimal parameters of key factors in grinding process,the material removal rate reached 26. 2 μm / min,the surface roughness was reduced to0. 028 μm,and the lapping repair efficiency was improved to 90%. Conclusion The optimal parameters were Sandpaper fineness1500 mesh,the grinding pressure 30 N,grinding machine speed 50 r / min,milling time 20 min,figure 8 grinding path.
