摘要
以江苏省2011年度中小河流水文监测系统工程为案例,运用项目管理的理论,对成本、进度、质量控制进行剖析,在此基础上提出了加强组织管理、注重事前控制、规范设计变更、重视监督监管等管理措施。
Taking hydrology monitoring system project for small and medium-sized rivers of Jiangsu province in 2011 as the case,the theory of project management is used to analyze the control of cost,schedule and quality. Based on that,many measures are proposed,such as improving project management,pay attention to pre control,standardizing the design changes and attaching importance to supervision.
