QCC小组在石港泵站肘形进水流道施工中的应用

Application of QCC team in the construction of elbow inlet passage of Shigang pump station

流道是泵站工程的核心部位,也是施工中结构形式最复杂、技术难度最大的施工环节。本文通过在石港泵站工程建设中,施工单位针对肘形进水流道的结构型式复杂、技术难度大的特点,成立了由项目经理部管理人员、施工班组长以及一线施工骨干组成QCC小组,设定工作目标,分析了影响目标的主要、次要因素,提出了解决主要因素的措施,有效的加快了工程进度,节约了施工成本。

Passage is not only the key part,but also the most complicated and difficulty part of pump station. During the construction of Shigang pump station,the QCC team is set up by office managers,team leaders and backbones of construction group. Work goal is set,main and secondary factors of the goal are analyzed. Measures to solve the main factors are proposed. The progress of the project is accelerated effectively. The construction cost is saved at the same time.
