摘要
在互联网+热潮中,分享经济和众包模式的重要性不断凸显。通过对分享经济学中的长尾理论、众包中博弈论、委托代理关系中逆向选择和道德风险原理的分析,为分享经济时代基于互联网的人力资源众包模式的构建作出了初步的探究。人力资源众包模式需包括人力资源任务整合与分解、人力资源众包威客(Wit-key)人才库建设、人力资源众包方案评价体系构建、人力资源众包激励体系建设、人力资源众包信用与风险5个模块,以此来规范和促进人力资源众包,促使威客人力资源发挥更大的价值。
In the Internet + boom,the importance of sharing economy and the crowd- sourcing mode become continuously emerging. By analyzing the long tail theory in economics,game theory in the crowd- sourcing,the principal- agent relationship esp. the adverse selection and moral hazard,this article tries to do a preliminary exploration on the Internet- based crowd- sourcing model of human resource in the sharing economy era. The module shall include five important parts,i. e. HR task integration decomposition,HR talent pool talent map,HR crowd- sourcing evaluation system,HR crowd- sourcing incentive system and human resources,HR crowd- sourcing credit and risk in order to regulate and stimulate the development of HR crowd- sourcing and make the force behind the Internet resources play a greater value.
