古代社会缺少低温保鲜技术,食物原料的保存就显得尤为重要。"(月奥)"、"鲍"、"鱐"正是传统食物原料的保存方法。"(月奥)"、"鲍"、"鱐"在产生之初,意义本不相同,但在后来均可以指腌制的鱼、肉;本文探讨了"(月奥)"、"鲍"、"鱐"的词义内涵以及他们的词义发展变化。
