摘要
吉菜在我国历史悠久,是富有特色的地方风味菜肴。如何将吉菜发展体系做好,让人们肯定和认可,作者提出了一系列的建议和倡导。只有顺应时代,与时俱进的餐饮服务,才会有发展商机,才会做大做强。
As a school of local dishes,Jilin dishes have a long history. The present author suggests some measures to further promote Jilin dishes to better suit our time for both economic and cultural benefits.
