中国梦视域下的云南生态文明建设研究

Research on the Construction of Ecological Civilization in Yunnan from the Perspective of the Chinese Dream

党的十八大提出要把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设的各方面和全过程,只有走生态优先的经济协调发展道路,以生态文明引领工业文明建设,提供健康丰富的生态产品,才能实现国家富强梦、民族振兴梦、人民幸福梦。云南生态文明建设,是谱写好中国梦云南篇章的必然要求,是我国乃至南亚、东南亚地区生态安全的重要屏障,是落实科学发展观、确保云南可持续发展的客观要求。只有在中国梦的引领下推进生态文明建设,才能使"七彩云南"放射出更加耀眼的光芒。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed to put the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position,integrate into the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and the whole process,only to take the ecological priority of economic development path,to lead the industrial civilization and ecological civilization,to provide a healthy and rich ecological products,can achieve the country＇s prosperity,national rejuvenation dream and people＇s happiness dream. The construction of ecological civilization in Yunnan is the inevitable requirement of the Yunnan chapter of the Chinese dream,is the important barrier of the ecological security of our country and South Asia,and is the objective requirement of implementing the scientific development concept to ensure the sustainable development of Yunnan. Only under the guidance of the Chinese dream to promote the construction of ecological civilization,can make the ＂colorful Yunnan＂radiation more dazzling light.
