摘要
在立交装车线及山区铁路装车线设计中,《铁路车站及枢纽设计规范》要求"货物装卸线在困难条件下,可设在不大于1‰的坡道上",这导致建设装车线土建工程巨大。由于定量装车系统要求列车需以低恒速通过装车塔及机车在低速状态下制动性能差的特点,装车线若设在大坡度上,列车不能实行有效制动。本研究提出将减速顶用于大坡度装车线上以后,既能保障列车作业安全,又能克服列车在低恒速装车中出现的制动困难问题;解决了装车线因线路纵断面条件要求高,线路展线长、工程量大、投资多的问题;拓展了调速设备在铁路站场的应用范围,提高了装车线作业水平,具有广阔的应用前景。
In the designing of loading track of untwining at separate grade crossing and mountain railways,it is required in the《 Code for Design of Railway Station and Terminal》 that"Goods loading and unloading track shall be set on a grade no more than 1‰ under difficult conditions",as a result, the civil works is huge in the construction of loading track. As it is required that the train should pass through the loading tower at low and constant speed and the braking performance of locomotive is weak at low speed,if the loading track is set on a high grade,the train can not brake effectively. It is proposed to use retarders in the operating of loading track on a high grade, not only the train can operate safely, but also the problem that the train can not brake effectively at low and constant speed is solved;on the other hand, the problem of huge civil works which is the result of loading track shall be set on a low grade is also solved;thus, the scope of application of speed control equipment in railway stations is expand,and the level of operation of loading track can be enhanced,there will be extensive application prospects in railway stations.
