摘要
某300 MW燃贫煤锅炉低氮燃烧改造后,燃烧器区域部分受热面出现高温腐蚀严重、受热面结焦和飞灰可燃物含量偏高等问题,为掌握炉膛内部动力场情况,特组织冷态动力场试验,进行了三层粉强风环直径测试、变二次风量测试和单独一次风强风环测试。通过对试验数据的分析,基本确定了导致出现以上问题的主要原因,提出了设备治理和运行调整建议。
After a low-nitrogen combustion transformation on a certain meagre coal fired power plant,a few problems had come out,such as heating surface of combustion zone is slagging and highly corroded by high temperature,and the content of combustible matter in fly ash is high. In order to control the dynamic field inside furnace,a dynamic field experiment had been conducted under a high cold state,which included three layers of powder blast ring diameter test,variable secondary air volume test and independent wind pressure and vane test. Based on the analysis of test data,the main reason for these problems is determined basically,which brings proposed governance and operation adjustment.
