火电厂凝结水精处理是保证锅炉给水质量的重要措施,为保证凝结水精处理设备安全、稳定运行,设计了凝结水精处理控制系统,采用施耐德Modicon Quantum可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和上位机监控软件Vijeo Citect,实现对精处理系统生产工艺参数的设置,并对整个生产流程进行监控,具有事故报警、趋势分析和报表生成等功能。通过现场调试运行,验证了控制系统的合理性和可靠性。

The condensate polishing treatment is an important measure to ensure the quality of boiler feed water in power plant.The control system was designed to ensure condensate polishing equipment safety and stable running. The system adopts Schneider Modicon Quantum PLC and PC monitoring software Vijeo Citect to finish the whole production process of fine treatment system monitoring,production process parameters setting,accident alarm,trend analysis and report generation,and other functions. The rationality and reliability of the control system is verified by the actual operation in the field.
