摘要
在有源箝位互补驱动的应用中,针对传统变压器隔离互补驱动电路难以加入死区的问题,提出一种改进型互补驱动电路。在驱动隔离变压器次级加入死区产生电路,通过调节死区产生电路的参数可设定死区时间。该驱动电路具有电路简单、可靠性好、成本低等优点,实验结果验证了该驱动电路的正确性和可行性。
In active-clamp application, the conventional transformer-based complementary drive circuit is usually inconvenient to add dead time.To solve this problem,a novel complementary drive circuit is proposed.A dead time circuit is introduced in the secondary side of the transformer to flexibly adjust the dead time.The proposed circuit is simple and of high reliability and low cost.Experiment verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed circuit.
