麦西来甫-木卡姆练习对肥胖维吾尔族患者身体形态、转氨酶活性和自由基代谢的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Maxrap Muqam Exercise on Body Shape,Transaminase Activity,TBIL Content and Free Radical Metabolism of Uighur Patients with Obesity

摘要 文章探讨麦西来甫-木卡姆练习对维吾尔族肥胖患者身体形态、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和自由基代谢的影响。通过对27名维吾尔族肥胖患者,根据个人意愿分为安静对照组(n=14),麦西来甫-木卡姆练习组(n=13),对比12周麦西来甫-木卡姆练习前后各项指标的变化。结果表明,12周干预之后,麦西来甫-木卡姆练习组WHR、BMI、ALT、AST、TBIL和丙二醛含量(MDA)较实验前和对照组都显著或极显著降低(p<0.05或p<0.01),总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性都极显著升高(p<0.01)。由此说明麦西来甫-木卡姆练习可以有效改善肥胖患者身体形态,降低转氨酶活性和TBIL、MDA含量,提高机体抗氧化能力,降低肝脏疾病患病风险,具有良好的健康促进作用,适合在新疆众多偏远民族地区推广。 The purpose of this paper was to explore the effect of Maxrap Exercise on Uygur Obese's body morphology,serum ALT,AST,TBIL and the effect of free radical metabolism. 27 patients of Uygur obese,according to the wishes of the individuals,divided into control group( n = 14),Maxrap exercise group( n = 13),and compared the change of these indexes before and after the 12 week intervention. After 12 weeks of intervention,the WHR,BMI,ALT,AST,TBIL and the content of malondialdehyde( MDA) in Maxrap exercise group,compared with control group before the experiment,were significantly or extremely significantly decreased( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and total antioxidant capacity( TAC),superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity were increased significantly( P〈0.01). Conclusion: Maxrap exercises can effectively improve the obese patients' body shape,reduce transaminase activity and TBIL,MDA conten tand the risk of liver disease,improve the ability of anti-oxidation,is suitable for promotion in many remote ethnic areas in Xinjiang.
