醇溶蛋白电泳技术在小麦品种聚类分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了揭示小麦品种(系)间亲缘关系的远近,给小麦品种选育提供理论依据,以14个小麦品种(系)为材料,采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对醇溶蛋白谱带进行分离,并利用NTSYS软件对其进行聚类分析。结果表明,14个小麦品种(系)共获得迁移率不同的谱带94条,其中,第7条谱带出现的频率最高,为71.43%;供试材料的相似系数在0.57~0.85,其中,晋麦54和临旱6号的相似系数最高,表明在14个品种(系)中,这2个品种的亲缘关系最近。 This study used 14 kinds of wheat as materials to research the gliadin on the basis of technique of the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and cluster analysis and classifies 14 wheat successfully. The results showed that 14 kinds of wheat had 94 gliadin bands with different relative mobility by electrophoresis. Band No.7 had the highest present frequencies of 71.43%. The similarity coefficient of the tested materials was ranging from 0.57 to 0.85. The highest similarity coefficient was Jinmai 54 and Linhan 6, which showed that two varieties were the closest relative in these 14 varieties.
