几个高粱新选育亲本配合力分析 被引量:3

摘要 选用新选育的4个不育系、5个恢复系,按照不完全双列杂交组配成20个杂交组合,测定蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、单宁含量、千粒质量、5穗质量以及产量,通过分析一般配合力、特殊配合力以及遗传力参数,以选出最佳组合。结果表明,不育系JL3148A一般配合力蛋白质、单宁含量最高,不育系品1371A一般配合力脂肪、淀粉含量最高;不育系A承回30B/L选B-3在千粒质量和产量以及5穗质量上都表现为一般配合力最高;蛋白质和脂肪特殊配合力较高的组合分别为JL3148A×Tx430.RHMC.晋五/晋五-3,JL3148A×早R-4,淀粉、单宁则均以品1371A×Tx430.RHMC.晋五/晋五-3和品1371A×Tx430.RHMC.晋五/1383-2组合较佳。 20 crossing combinations were made by 4 new sterile lines and 5 new restorer lines with incomplete diallel cross method.General combining ability effects, special combining ability effects and genetic parameters on protein, fat, starch, tannic, 1 000-seed weight, grain weights per five spike and yield were detemined. The results showed that JL3148 A exhibited higher general combining ability in protein and tannic, while Pin1317 A exhibited higher general combining ability in fat and starch. Chenghui30B/Lxuan B-3A exhibited the highest general combining ability in 1 000-seed weight, grain weights per five spike and yield. JL3148A×Tx430.RHMC.jinwu/jinwu-3, JL3148 A ×zao R-4 exhibited higher specific combining ability in protein and fat, while Pin1371 A ×Tx430.RHMC.jinwu/jinwu-3, Pin1371A×Tx430.RHMC. jinwu/1383-2 were the highest in the tannic and starch.
