不同浓度植物细胞分裂素对苹果叶片衰老的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步提高苹果品质、开发功能保健苹果,以新鲜采摘的富士苹果成年叶片为研究对象,使用不同浓度梯度的激动素、玉米素和6-苄基腺嘌呤对其进行处理,每隔7 d进行一次抗氧化活性及衰老相关指标测定,连续测定28 d。结果显示,使用不同浓度梯度的6-苄基腺嘌呤、激动素、玉米素进行处理能不同程度地提高叶片的抗氧化活性和叶绿素含量;与0.5 mg/L处理相比,1,5 mg/L处理均能显著提高叶片总抗氧化活性,减缓叶绿素的降解,从而延迟叶片的衰老,但是1,5 mg/L之间的差异不明显。按照尽可能低剂量的原则,最终选用1 mg/L浓度的植物细胞分裂素作为最适浓度。试验结果可为生产中有效利用外源激素开发功能保健苹果提供了理论依据和技术支持。 To improve the quality of apple, this study continuously measured the antioxidant activity and aging related indicators of the fresh detached adult leaves from Fuji apple trees every week in one month. The leaves were cultured in vitro which bottoms were soaked in the solution of the different concentrations of kinetin, zeatin and 6- benzyl adenine. The result showed that the total antioxidant activity of the leaves was improved by all different treatments, as well as the content of chlorophyll of the leaves. Compared with the treatment of 0.5 mg/L, the total antioxidant activity of the treatments by 1 mg/L and 5 mg/L could be significantly improved. Meanwhile,their chlorophyll content was declined slower. There was no significant difference between the two treatments of 1 mg/L and 5 mg/L.According to the principle of as low as reasonably achievable, the concentration of 1 mg/L plant cytokinin was chosen as optimum concentration to apply. This trial contributes to the study on application of exogenous hormone regulation in the apple production.
