摘要
以大小香菇为试验材料,以发酵液中香菇粗多糖含量为测定指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定该供试菌株液体发酵的最佳条件。结果表明,最佳发酵条件为装液量100 m L,接种量10%,摇床转速120 r/min,发酵时间7 d。此条件下发酵液中香菇粗多糖含量可达1.785 3 g/100 m L。
In this study, taking size mushrooms as experimental materials, fermentation lentinan content was detection index to de- termine the optimum conditions of the liquid fermentation strains by the univariate test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the best fermentation conditions was liquid volume 100 mL, inoculum 10%, rotation speed 120 r/min, fermentation time 7 d. Under this con- ditions, fermentation lentinan content was up to 1.785 3 g/100 mL.
