贵州省城乡居民收入差异研究

THE STUDY OF URBAN AND RURAL RESIDENRS' INCOME INEQUALITY IN GUIZHOU

改革开放以来,贵州省社会经济获得了飞速发展,其GDP较改革开放之前有了质的飞跃,但是,伴随着经济的飞速发展,城乡之间由于种种原因居民收入差距逐渐扩大,并且表现出逐渐加重的趋势。文章从经济发展条件、资本积累、科技水平等方面对目前贵州省城乡居民收入差距扩大产生的原因进行系统的分析与总结。结果表明:贵州省城乡居民出现收入差距拉大的主要原因在于:恶劣的地理条件与较低的科技水平导致农村地区经济发展水平与增长速度相对较低,加之目前全球经济不景气,这些因素均导致贵州省城乡居民出现收入差距拉大。鉴于以上原因,该文认为应从实地出发,不能照搬东部沿海与平原地区经济发展模式,应因地制宜,大力发展环境友好型、特色高效农业,并在此基础之上利用贵州山区独特的自然条件,适当发展旅游业与山区养殖业。

Since the reform and opening up,the social economy in Guizhou province has gained rapid development,the gross domestic product（ GDP） has achieved a qualitative leap. However,the income gap between urban and rural areas has gradually expanded for some reasons,and become more and more serious. This paper analyzed systematically the reasons resulting in the income gap from the aspects of the economic development,capital accumulation,scientific and technological level,and so on. The results showed that the main reasons for the increase of income gap were harsh geographical conditions,the relatively poor scientific and technological level,and the low growth rate of economy in rural areas,especially the background of current global economic downturn. It suggested that Guizhou provincial government should start from the reality,adjust the economic development model,developcharacteristics agriculture with environment friendly and high- efficiency,and properly develop the tourism and mountain farming based on the unique natural conditions in Guizhou mountainous region.
