儿童结缔组织病相关肺损害 被引量：9

摘要 结缔组织病（CTD）是一类以自身免疫性多脏器损害为特点的伴有自身抗体阳性的系统性疾病,肺是CTD的常见受累器官之一。常见的可引起儿童肺损害的CTD包括幼年类特发性关节炎（JIA）、幼年多发性肌炎/幼年皮肌炎（JPM/JDM）、系统性硬化（SSc）、系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、干燥综合征（SS）和混合性结缔组织病（MCTD）等。
