摘要
随着城市化进程的不断发展,当前许多沿海城市面临用地不足的困境,"向海要地"成为城市拓展的重要补充手段。文章对填海区特性进行研究,并从平面(二维)、空间(三维)及可持续发展(多维)三个不同维度提出填海区城市设计的主要方法,并结合案例——平潭金井湾城市设计进行论述。
Cities in the east of china are taking the first place in the urbanization process and they have to face a situation that there is little land left to use. Therefore they call for the additional land and as a result,reclamation area comes more and more frequently. Firstly,it tries to tell the difference between reclamation area and general urbanization area by comparatively analysis. After that,it will sum up the feature of urban design for reclamation. In the end,it takes the typical eastern city- Jinjing Bay of Pingtan,Fujian for example to testify the conclusion.
