摘要
系杆拱拱脚节点构造与受力复杂。以某一跨径168m系杆拱桥的拱脚节点为工程案例,采用有限元通用软件ANSYS建立实体计算模型,施加最不利荷载组合,研究与分析拱脚节点应力分布规律。研究结果表明,拱脚节点以纵桥向受力为主,且结构内部应力水平低;从系杆锚点处及拱肋与节点相交面往节点中心结构应力逐渐衰减,中心区域应力值仅为0.15Mpa;同时牛腿与拱脚以及拱肋与拱脚相交区域应力集中现象明显。
The mechanic behavior of the structure and construction features are all complex. Taking a tied through arch bridge with the span of 168 meters as a model in this paper,the FEM model is set up for the stress analysis on the arch spring joint by using the ANSYS software. The research results show the structural stress inside the arch spring is small under the unfavorable load combination and decreases gradually from the tied bar anchor region and the interface between arch rib and arch spring joint to the central region of the joint. At the same time,the stress concentration of some local regions is obvious,including the interface between arch rib and arch spring joint,and the connection between the corbel and arch spring joint. The analytical results provide a technical according for the rational design of the similar bridge.
