扣装式环保塑料模板关键施工工艺探讨

Key construction technology of buckle- mounted environmental protection plastic formwork

扣装式中空塑料模板是指面板自身相互拼接、面板与楞梁之间采用连接件固定的模板形式,具有强度高、可塑性好、周转次数高、可多次回收利用的优点。在材料上,采用高分子纤维挤塑成型,克服了传统塑料模板的易老化、易燃的缺点。在结构形式上,采用了桥梁式中空腹肋构造形式,克服了强度低、易变形的缺点。为工程项目提供参考,文章主要介绍了中空塑料模板在柱模板、墙模板、顶板模板的具体施工工艺。

Hollow plastic formwork refers to the panels stitching between each other or using fixed template form of connections between the panel and shocked beams,which has the advantages of high strength,good plasticity,high turnover,multiple used and has a good promotional value. In the materials field,it used polymer fiber of extrusion molding technologies which overcame the shortcomings of easy aging and flammable of the traditional plastic formwork. In the form of structure,it took box girder structure to strengthen bearing capacity and reduce the deformation. This paper mainly describes the buckle- mounted plastic building formwork＇some specific construction technologies in column formwork,wall formwork,and roof formwork in order to meet the construction requirements.
