摘要
以福建省尤溪县水东大桥主桥为工程背景,研究了V型墩连续刚构桥合拢顶推力的计算原则进行研究,并针对不同的合拢温度分析了其对顶推力及结构的变形和受力的影响。结果表明,低温合拢工况下,在结构变形方面,顶推时对主梁阶段竖向变形控制有利,且成桥后主梁线形相对平顺;在结构受力方面,无论是在顶推时还是成桥后,各控制截面上下缘的应力梯度相对较小,结构受力更为安全合理,顶推作用对各种因素引起的结构次内力消除效果较好。
Taking the main bridge of Shuidong Bridge in Youxi county of Fujian province as an engineering background,the calculation of closure jacking force concerning the continuous rigid- frame bridge with V- type piers is studied in this paper,the influence of structural deformation and stress is analysed aiming at different closure temperature. The results indicates that under the low closure temperature,at the aspect of structural deformation,it is benefit for the vertical deformation control of main girder in jacking construction,moreover the bridge has a better alignment after construction. At the aspect of structural force,both in jacking construction and after completion,the stress gradient of each control sections is lesser,the structure is in a safe and reasonable force condition. Finally,the low closure temperature can preferably eliminate the secondary internal force generated by various factors.
