基于CGCS2000椭球的城市坐标系建立及应用

On the Establishment and Application of City Coordinate System Based on CGCS2000 Ellipsoid

简要介绍了建立独立坐标系的常用方法,提出了采用"平移、旋转、无缩放"方法,建立基于CGCS2000椭球的城市地方坐标系。同时,描述了新坐标系统的应用以及新坐标系统与国家(地方)坐标系的相互转换关系,实现现有测绘成果与新坐标系统的准确转换。

In view of the existing problems of urban coordinate system,this paper briefly introduces the common methods of establishing independent coordinate system and put forward the ＂ translation,rotation,no scaling ＂ methods,and establishes urban local coordinate system based on CGCS2000 ellipsoid. At the same time,this paper describes the application of the new coordinate system,and the mutual change relation of new coordinate system with the national（ local） coordinate system,achieves accurate conversion of existing surveying and mapping results and the new coordinate system.
