泉州北渠规划整治的处理策略研究——以韩国清溪川改造为经验借鉴

Research on handling strategies of planning and management for Quanzhou North Canal——borrowing ideas from remold of Cheonggyecheon stream of South Korea

从韩国清溪川复建案例中总结出四条经验,即体现人水相谐的自然意识;强调生态化河道整治;实施彻底的截污工程和支持鼓励公众参与,提出了泉州北渠治理的生态化原则及主要策略。

This paper has derived four lessons from the case of rebuilding South Korea＇s cheonggyecheon,that is,reflecting natural consciousness of harmonious relationship between human and water,emphasizing on the ecological river regulation,implementing sewage interception engineering thoroughly as well as supporting and encouraging public participation. What＇s more,it has put forward ecological principles and main strategies for governance of the north canal in Quanzhou.
