摘要
通过用GA3、KNO_3、PEG6000进行浸种处理,对合欢种子进行发芽研究.结果表明:合欢成熟种子的净度可达98.23%,含水量为14.47%,千粒重为51.31 g,硬实率为83.02%,最大吸水率为26.99%,种皮对种子的吸胀具有明显的机械障碍作用.用不同浓度的GA3、KNO_3、PEG6000进行浸种处理,均能提高合欢种子的萌发率.用300 mg·L-1GA3浸种12 h,萌发率最好,为86.77%;用0.5%的KNO_3浸种12 h,萌发率为31.69%;用6%的PEG6000浸种12 h,萌发率为43.33%.
By measuring the germination characteristics of Albizzia julibrissin seeds with different GA_3、KNO_3、PEG6000 soaking treatment, the results show that the pure rate is 98.23%, that the content of moisture is14.47%, that the weight of one thousand seeds is 51.31 g, that the hard seed rate is 83.02%and that the rate ofwater absorption is 26.99%. The tests have following obvious mechanical obstacle functions to the germination.Seed germination can be promoted under different GA_3、KNO_3、PEG6000 soaking treatment. The best soakingtreatment of promote the seed germination is with 300 mg·L^(-1)GA_3 for 12 h, the germinationrate is 86.77%, thegerminationrate is 31.69%of 0.5%KNO_3 for 12 h and the germinationrate is 43.33%of 6%PEG6000 for 12 h.
