焦化工序能耗及二氧化碳排放量计算与参数影响 被引量:5

Calculation of energy consumption and CO_2 emission and investigation of the parameter influences for coking process

摘要 考虑焦化工序中干熄焦与煤调湿两项典型节能技术,基于通用的物料平衡与热平衡模型,计算了焦化工序的吨产品能耗,并根据物料衡算法计算出了对应的CO_2排放量。分析了两项典型节能技术对工序吨产品能耗及CO_2排放量的影响。结果表明:工序吨产品能耗随红焦冷却终温和入炉煤水分含量的升高而线性增加,工序吨产品CO_2排放量随入炉煤水分含量的升高而线性增加;减少工序消耗混合煤气中的高炉煤气体积比有利于减少工序吨产品CO_2排放量。 Taking the two typical energy saving technologies of coke dry quenching and coal moisture control into consideration,the energy consumption of per ton product of coking process was calculated based on the universal material balance model and the heat balance model. The corresponding CO_2 emission was calculated with the material balance algorithm. The effects of the two typical technologies on the energy consumption and CO_2 emission of per ton product of the process were analyzed. The results showed that the energy consumption of per ton product increased linearly with the increase of the final cooling temperature of the coke and the moisture content of the coal. The CO_2 emission of per ton product of the process increased linearly with the increase of the moisture content of the coal. And the reduction of the volume ratio of the blast furnace gas in the mix gas used in coking process could reduce the CO_2 emission of per ton product of the process.
