摘要
利用渣钢为主要原料,粗盐为粘结剂制备冷压块,并在云南某炼钢厂150 t转炉上进行工业性试验,用于冶炼HRB400E-68N钢。结果表明:试验炉次的冶炼过程较平稳,无喷溅现象;与常规炉次相比,试验炉次的造渣料用量相对减少,而冷压块的冷却效应较废钢强一些,对终点铁水的P,S控制无影响,但由于出钢氧含量偏高,使得脱氧剂与耐材消耗增加。所研制的冷压块能部分替代石灰、轻烧白云石及白云石造渣料,满足生产需要。
Cold-compacted bulk was prepared with steel slag as the main raw material,and crude salt as a binder. An industrial experiment that the cold-compacted bulk was applied for HRB400E-68 N on a 150 t converter of a steel plant in Yunnan was carried out. The results showed that the smelting process of test furnace was stable,having no splash. Compared with the conventional furnace,the amount of slagging elements used in the test furnace was relatively reduced,and the cooling effect of the cold-compacted bulk was better than scrap. In addition,the cold-compacted bulk had no influence on the controlling of the phosphorus and sulfur contents. Due to the high content of tapping oxygen,the consumption of the deoxidizer and refractory in test furnace was increased. The cold-compacted bulk developed could partly replace the slagging elements such as lime,light-burned dolomite and dolomite to meet production needs.
