烧结烟气分段式综合处理新工艺的设计 被引量:3

Design of new technology on comprehensive processing of segmented sintering flue gas

摘要 依据烧结烟气中SO2和NOx浓度分布特点的研究结论,结合现有热风烧结的研究实践,设计了一种烧结烟气分段式综合处理新工艺。该工艺按烧结烟气中的各污染物分布特点将烧结过程分为4个部分,有选择性地将烧结烟气以不同手段进行分段处理,从而实现将烧结烟气脱硫、脱硝分段治理工艺与热风烧结生产工艺有机结合的烧结烟气环保减排综合处理。与传统工艺相比,本工艺预计可使烧结脱硫脱硝烟气处理量减少40%~60%,而污染物浓度提高50%左右,同时烟气脱硫、脱硝设施的设备投资和生产成本分别减少40%左右。 Based on the research conclusion of distribution characteristics of sintering flue gas SO2 and NOx concentration,combining with the practice of current hot air sintering,a new technology on comprehensive processing of segmented sintering flue gas was designed in the paper. The sintering process was divided into four parts in the new technology according to the distribution characteristics of the pollutants in the sintering flue gas,and the sintering flue gas was segment managed selectively with different methods,so as to realize the environmental comprehensive treatment of sintering flue gas that combined the segmented process of sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitration with hot air sintering production process. Compared with the traditional process, this process is expected to decrease the smoke gas capacity of sintering desulfurization and denitration by 40 %- 60 %,increase the pollutant concentration by about 50 %,and reduce the costs of the flue gas desulfurization and denitration equipment investment and production by about 40 % respectively.
