摘要
养老机构分级护理是养老护理管理的一项重要内容。综述了养老机构分级护理的意义，解读了国家和地方民政部门的分级护理规范，分析了国内外分级护理的实施现状，并对分级护理建设前景进行了展望。
The pension agency＇s grading nursing was an important task for old-age care management. This pa-per summarized the significance of pension agency＇s grading nursing, interpreted the local and civil affairs departments＇ nursing grading standards, analyzed the implementation situation of the grading nursing at home and abroard, and pro-posed the prospect.
