摘要
在新修订的《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2014)的基础上,综合考虑了与绿色建筑设计方案评价相关的内容,构建出绿色建筑设计方案评价指标体系。在专家打分的基础上,通过层次分析法(AHP法)给各评价指标赋予了权重,运用多层次灰色关联分析模型分层次计算出各评价方案与理想方案的最终关联度并排序,进而确定最优方案,并通过引入实例验证了该评价方法的科学性和实用性。
Based on the new version of"Green Building Evaluation Standard",the assessment content related to green building design scheme is considered to build up the evaluation index system of green building design scheme.On the basis of expert scoring,the weight of each evaluation index is determined through the AHP method,the correlation degree between each evaluation scheme and ideal scheme is calculated and ordered by using multilevel gray relational analysis model and the optimal solution is determined. Finally the evaluation method is proved to be scientific and practical by introducing examples.
