摘要
根据课题要求针对挖掘机驾驶舱的屏蔽,设计出新型的复合钢铅板。由于铅的硬度很低,容易变形,因此和钢板相结合进而提高力学性能。通过Pro/E进行三维建模,利用ANSYS Workbench进行力学性能分析,确保复合钢铅板能够应用在振动的挖掘机上。
According to project requirement for excavator block of the cockpit, this paper designs a new type of composite steel lead plate. Because lead has very low stiffness and is easy to be deformed, it is required to be combined with steel plate to improve mechanical properties. The 3D modeling is built using Pro/E, and mechanical property analysis is carried out using ANSYS Workbench to ensure that the lead compound steel plate can be used on the vibratory excavator.
