摘要
在铸型装配阶段,为了保证多工序铸型装配质量,需要检测工具辅助铸型装配,实现装配过程实时检测。文中基于九交矩阵理论描述铸型中砂芯间拓扑关系,实现检具的拓扑检测功能,结合空间6自由度理论,保证检具检测理论上的科学性以及检测结果的稳定性。在多工序分步装配过程中,为面向多部件检测对象的组合检具的研究与开发提供理论依据。
In the process of mold assembly, testing fixture are needed to ensure the quality of multi-operation assembly and auxiliary assemble process, and achieve real-time detection in the assembly process. Based on nine cross matrix theory, the topological relations among the molds is described, topology detection of the fixture is realized. The innovation of detection theoretically and the stability of the test results are ensured by combining 6 DOF theory. In the multi-operation subassembly process, theoretical basis is provided to research and development of the modular testing fixture of oriented the multi-component detection object.
