模线样板技术中聚酯薄膜变形研究

摘要 针对利用聚酯薄膜绘制的模线数据与样板不一致的现象,提出了可能的三个原因:绘图机数据出现了偏差、激光切割机数据出现了偏差、聚酯薄膜变形。分别进行绘图机数据检测实验、激光切割机数据检测实验和聚酯薄膜变形实验,得出了聚酯薄膜变形是导致模线数据与样板不一致的主要原因。利用控制变量法,分别对聚酯薄膜进行温湿度实验和存放状态实验,为不同分组的聚酯薄膜设置不同的温度、湿度、放置状态,发现温湿度是导致聚酯薄膜变形因素,同时与其放置状态也有一定的关系。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the data of the mould-line drawn from the polyester film are not consistent with the model, this paper presents three possible reasons: there may be a deviation from the data of the drawing machine; the data of laser cutting machine may has a deviation; it is because of the deformation of polyester film. Experiments are carried out to detect the data of the drawing machine, the data of the laser cutting machine, and the deformation of the polyester film. The deformation of the polyester film is the main reason of the inconsistent data and the model.Experiments on temperature and humidity of the polyester film and the storage state of the film are carried out. This paper sets different temperature, humidity, placed state in control variable method for polyester film from different groups, and finds that temperature and humidity are the main factors leading to the deformation of polyester film, and it also has a certain relationship with its position.
