摘要
介绍了某矿综放工作面液压支架由于工作面围岩条件而造成损坏,通过一系列设计改造方法,尤其是对柱帽部位的加强加固和立柱配套改造设计,实现了损坏条件下维持工作面回采。这套方案可以适应多种情况的综采液压支架的损坏,形成了一套比较合理的维护方案。
This paper introduces that the hydraulic support on the fully caving working face of a mine is damaged by surrounding rock condition of working face. We reinforce the prop cap and improve prop supporting to maintain working face recovery under the condition of damage. The scheme can adapt to various damages of hydraulic powered support on the fully caving working face. A set of rational maintenance scheme is formed.
