摘要
入水式钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机有简化升船机运行程序、适应下游水位变幅大及变率快的优势,但因其主提升机规模较大,其主提升机的布置条件要求较高。文中所研究的项目为目前世界上规模最大的钢丝绳卷扬提升式下水式升船机,其主提升设备卷筒装置为目前世界上直径最大的提升卷筒。对该项目卷筒的工作原理、出绳方案及结构特点做了详细的阐述与研究,利用经典力学对卷筒结构及卷筒轴强度、刚度进行了设计计算,通过有限元建模分析对其结果进行了验证。
The application of wirerope-hoisting chamber-launching vertical ship lift can simplify the operation of ship lift program, and can adapt to the downstream water level amplitude and rate of change quickly. Due to the large size of its main hoist, the layout conditions of the main hoist are very strict. This research project is the world's largest wirerope-hoisting chamber-launching vertical ship lift, and its drum is largest in the world. This paper describes the working principle of the drum, the rope plan and structure characteristics. The drum structure and drum shaft strength and stiffness are calculated using the classical method, and the feasibility is verified using FEM.
