豪猪腹泻粪便细菌分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation, identification and drug sensitivity test on fecal bacteria in porcupine suffering from diarrhea

为了更好地为豪猪腹泻的对症治疗提供更确切的临床指导,试验对寻甸九龙山生态种养殖公司豪猪腹泻粪便进行取样,通过细菌分离培养、染色镜检、PCR扩增测序等鉴定出豪猪腹泻粪便中普遍存在2种细菌,分别为大肠杆菌和变形杆菌。药敏试验结果表明,该混合菌对头孢曲松钠高敏,对多黏菌素和链霉素中度敏感,而对红霉素、新生霉素、青霉素G、强力霉素等耐药。

In order to provide more precise clinical guidance for the symptomatic treatment of porcupine diarrhea, fecal samples of diarrhea Porcupine were collected from Xundian Jiulong Mountain ecological aquaculture company, and the main tests were bacterial isolation and culture, microscopic examination, PCR amplification and sequencing porcupine. The results showed that 2kinds of bacteria were founded, which were Escherichia coli and Bacillus proteus. Drug sensitivity test showed that mixed bacteria were mostly sensitive to ceftriaxone sodium, medium sensitive to polymyxin and streptomycin, while resistant to erythromycin,novobiocin, penicillin G, doxycycline and so on.
